All right, so sadly no Table Mountain for us today. We unfortunately went on a day that was just a little too windy out. And the staff assured us that the last thing that we want is to be in a cable car on the side of the mountain with incredibly high winds. But fear not! We'll try to come back tomorrow if weather is better. Which it's supposed to be.
And just because weather was bad on the mountain doesn't mean that it's ruining our day down here. Today we made a stop at the V&A Waterfront, a fabulous shopping center in Cape Town to pick up some last minute souvenirs and trinkets before we fly out. In two days.
Which is crazy to think about. With all the we've done it still feels like we just landed in this amazing country yesterday. I think it will take all of us a few moments at home to really sit and process the experiences that we've had and all of the adventures we've been able to go on thanks to this amazing program.
But for now, we still have one more day! So we will all watch this magical sunset at Camps Bay, drink our coffees, and be thankful for a more relaxed day before our packed last one tomorrow. We'll be home soon guys.
